GIHM has a placement cell fully dedicated towards the placement and recruitment of our students. The cell conducts a series of placement and employability skills training programs throughout the year. This makes them well equipped to face the rigorous placement process conducted by the companies, which includes aptitude tests, group discussions and personal interviews. This is lead by faculty placement coordinator

FIMS Corporate Interface
Better interaction between management institutions and industry is the need of the hour. This will have great bearing on the exposure of industrial atmosphere to the students and subsequent placement of young graduating managers in industries across the country. FIMS has had a long association with CMA, CII North Chapter, Malabar Chamber of Commerce and NIPM. FIMS and NIPM jointly conducted HR Conclave on 26th February 2014. The students and faculty of FIMS participated in the annual convention of Calicut Management Association which was held on 22nd and 23rd of February 2014. Peter Drucker Memorial Talk was organized by FIMS and Calicut Management Association on 11th November 2013.
